Our payment schedule is designed to be straightforward and align with your event preparations:

• Deposit: To secure your booking and reserve your date, we require an initial deposit. This deposit ensures that your event is on our calendar.
• Remaining Balance: The remaining balance is typically due the week of your event. This simplifies the payment process, allowing you to focus on the final details of your celebration. We understand that this approach offers convenience and flexibility as you prepare for your special day.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, leading to the need for event cancellations. While we hope this never happens, here's how our cancellation policy works:

• Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your event, we kindly request as much notice as possible to allow us the opportunity to accommodate other clients.
• Cancellation Charges: Depending on the timing of the cancellation, the following charges may apply:
  
  • More than 6 months before the event: A cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining balance may apply.
  • 3-6 months before the event: A cancellation fee of 75% of the remaining balance may apply.
  • Less than 3 months before the event: The full contract amount may apply.
